Wherever I worked, I was always able to satisfy my employers with the quality of my work. As a person, I see things positively, I try hard to make things easy for people that make contact with me, and I aim to solve problem - not to create one. Thus it enables me to create good relationships with my previous colleagues.
Even though I've got broad technical skills, I've always been performing satisfactorily for any IT job roles - be it a Programmer, LAN admin, System Support, Analyst, or even as Head of IT dept. My broad technical skills helps me to adapt quickly, and to understand IT technology better - then apply it to my current role.
